Date Night...

Ryan took Emma to the Father-Daughter Dance hosted by our church this past Friday. It was held at the Atlantis and there was dinner, dancing and photos taken. We were a little worried Emma would be too young to attend, but Ryan assured me they had a great time.
While Ryan and Emma were on their date, Noah and I had a date of our own. We went to dinner, a local pet store (to check out the animals) and then to ice cream. It was really weird being out with just one child. The kids really missed each other while we were gone and were very happy to be reunited that evening.

It was a huge surprise to us, but we are happy to announce that we are pregnant with baby #3! I am due September 17Th but will probably be earlier as it will be a scheduled c-section.

The next American Idols?

This was taken this afternoon. I like how they use their ice cream cones as microphones. They have been "singing" more and more lately. ***DON"T FORGET TO TURN OFF OUR MUSIC PLAYER BEFORE WATCHING***

We had the always fabulous and very talented Eden Thome take the kiddos' two-year pictures last month. We went to Rancho San Rafael Park (here in Reno) for our session. It was really, really cold outside, so we weren't out long, but we did get some awesome pics! Here are a few of my favorites!

Christmas Eve 2010

Christmas Eve was spent with Ryan's family this year. We spent the day hanging out at his parents with his Sister and her family. We went to the early service at church and then came back and had a fantastic prime rib dinner before opening presents. We also had a visit from Santa!

Birthday Party x2!

We celebrated Noah and Emma's birthday with 2 birthday parties! We had a fabulous party here in Reno, with many great friends in attendance and another one in Yuba City, which was planned last minute due to the horrible weather that occurred during the first party. (The joys of December babies in Reno). Noah and Emma were completely spoiled by everyone who came. We are so very blessed to have so many people in our lives that love our children as much as they do!
