The Weekend in Review!

This weekend was a VERY busy weekend for Ryan and I. It all started on Friday morning when Ryan and I began moving into our new apartment. I woke up not feeling very well but knew we needed to get as much done as possible. So, we moved all day long. I took a short break to attend Sam's bday party at a nail place and got a pedicure to help me feel better. :) We worked until 9 o'clock that evening and finished the day not where we would have liked to be.

After a sleepless night, due to my cold, Ryan and I started bright and early so we could leave for my grandfather's 80Th birthday party in Yuba City. Unfortunately we were tired and sore from the day before that we weren't moving as fast as we could. Also, Ryan and I were the only people moving. We had some help from our friend Nate, but all he did was help Ryan move the heavy stuff (T.V., Couch, Bed, etc.).

We left for Yuba City later than we had hoped but made excellent time there. We picked up my dad's girlfriend, sister and cousin and headed to Lovey's Landing in Meridian for dinner. After some yummy food and great company, we headed to Mike and Melissa's for cake and ice cream. We visited for a little bit and then headed to Ryan's parents for some much needed rest.

We woke up Sunday feeling refreshed and headed back up the hill. We finally got out of our old apartment around 3:30pm. Now we are just trying to get our new place put together since it looks like a bomb went off(LOL)and we are trying to get our cats settled. They are having fun exploring our new place.
