Heather's Birthday.
Our good friend Heather celebrated her birthday at the beginning of March. My wonderful in-laws came up to Reno so Ryan and I could go out and celebrate with her and some friends. We started with dinner at Chili's with Shelby and Becca, had a cocktail/dessert party at Samantha's and ended the night at Rum Bullions in one of the casinos. It was a lot of fun!

Catching Up.
So after my last post, our computer decided to have some issues... It was out for over 3 weeks, so I was unable to blog about anything! I am so happy that it was nothing major and that we are back in business! Now I will try to catch everyone up on what's been going on around here! So please keep reading as I am going to do different posts.
We were having some nice weather around here, so Ryan and I took the kiddos out in the wagon my mom got them for Christmas. They LOVED it. We went and got the mail, walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the sunny weather. Noah even got his first "road rash" because he was so excited to be outside he ran down the driveway and fell. He barely cried and then we were off again. Also, Uncle Tim and Aunt Kellie visited from Yuba City. We didn't get a lot of pics, but we enjoyed having them here. We went out for lunch, shopped, hung out and played a lot of Wii. That Sunday, we took the kiddos to the National Bowling Stadium to watch Tim bowl. They were in awe of everything and enjoyed watching everyone.

15 Months!

Today, Noah and Emma are 15 months old! I cannot believe how fast time has flown by... They have grown up so much and have quite the little personalities.
Noah is Mr. Happy-Go-Lucky. He is always smiling and laughing. He is walking/running all over the house. If he falls, he gets right back up and continues on. No more crawling (at least not very often). He says mama, dada, yeah, more, bye bye, and dodo (for dolan). He will wave hello and goodbye, give high 5, knuckles, blow kisses, give kisses, loves (hugs), look for his belly button, point to his nose and eyes when asked, and will go to the changing table when we say "let's go change your diaper".
Emma is little Miss Attitude. She thinks she is in charge and will give you a look if you tell her no or take something away from her. She is definitely our little spitfire! She is also walking/running all over. She has become quite the little climber. We have had to move the coffee table out of the formal living room and take the legs off of several of their toys. She will use anything and everything to get up on things. She has even used my legs! She can say mama, dada, yeah, more, bye bye, night night, dodo and shoes (totally my daughter). She will also give high 5, knuckles, wave, blow kisses, loves, will go to the changing table and can locate her socks (b/c she is always taking them off) when asked.

They LOVE bath time and would stay there all night if I would let them. They know that after dinner it's time for a bath and go straight to the bathroom door once we let them out of their highchairs. They love to knock on doors and windows and if you use our guest bathroom, more than likely they will knock on the door while you are in there. They love to get into anything and everything. Especially toilet paper or tissues...So please keep the bathroom door shut when visiting! They both love climbing up our stairs and will do so quickly if you forget to shut the baby gate. They are starting to play with each other more and I think they are going to be quite mischievous.
They are such great kiddos. Always happy and loving. I don't know what I would do without them in my life.

We have a climber...

My mom has a picture of me standing on top of the dishwasher door at a very young age. She has told me on numerous occasions that I liked to climb. I climbed up the cabinets, tables, etc... Well apparently the trait is genetic because last week Ryan and I noticed Emma on top of the coffee table in our formal living room. She didn't look scared at all. She was actually quite proud of herself. She has done this several times since and we have to be careful about what toys are in there because she uses them as a step stool.

Night Night...
Here's a quick little video of Emma telling Ryan "night, night". She has learned to say it over the past few days and now she says it all the time.

New Cell Number!!!
I'm really in trouble...
Every time we go out to dinner, shopping, church, etc... Everyone asks "are they twins?" I respond "yes" and then I hear "i bet you're a busy mom!" Most days I just laugh and agree with them, but until recently, I had no idea how busy my life was really becoming. Since last month, both of the babies have been walking and our house has never been the same. Friday, I headed off to work, like normal and when I came home Ryan told me I needed to look at the picture he took while I was gone...

Apparently the kiddos are tall enough to reach the Kleenex off of the end table and had lots of fun while daddy wasn't looking. I love Emma's expression in this picture. It's almost like she's saying "I didn't do it!" Oh boy, are we in for some trouble.
