Last night our good friends Carlos and Emily got engaged! Carlos had a plan set and it worked out beautifully. He took Emily to dinner, told her the Christmas gift he had ordered her hadn't come in yet and gave her a small gift instead. All the while, Ryan and I were busy decorating Emily's house with red & white roses, pink gerber daisies (which are her favorite), rose petals and lots of candles. We left before they got home and when she walked in her door she found a path of rose petals leading her to a giant Christmas bag with her ring inside! He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She of course said yes! I'm so excited for them! You know how I love a good wedding! =)
